Justin Porter was raised in Norman, OK. His achievements in the classroom and on the soccer field earned him a full scholarship to Davidson College in North Carolina. He continued to excel in both arenas: graduating with honors and leading the soccer team as a captain, four-year starter, All-Conference selection, and winning a conference championship his senior season. He was awarded a graduate scholarship through the NCAA’s Southern Conference to attend medical school back home at the University of Oklahoma.

He is passionate in caring for his patients and continuing to build OPM into the best version of itself. He is, however, quick to highlight that the strength of this practice comes from the hard work, dedication, and compassion from its incredible staff members. He enjoys life to the fullest, working hard and playing hard at every opportunity. He is most proud of his home team: his lovely wife Peyton and children Brooks and Caroline.

Dr. Wright was born and raised in Shawnee where he was a standout baseball player attending college on a full ride athletic scholarship. He had aspirations of playing in the major league before turning his attention to academics and was then able to be accepted to medical school before ever receiving a bachelors degree.

He completed his training in 2016 and joined Oklahoma Pain Management and shortly thereafter became the youngest physician in the country to be trained and certified to offer DRG stimulation; an advanced method of delivering electrical stimulation to nerve roots to alleviate pain.

Sydni Brooks is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner known for her compassionate, approachable style and dedication to patient-centered care. She is passionate about helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their treatment plans.

Sydni earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma City University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University. Her clinical background includes peri-operative nursing, women’s health, and pain management.

Outside of the clinic, Sydni enjoys gardening, cooking and baking, traveling, and spending time with her family and dogs. She is also a proud member of OPM’s gold medal-winning rowing team.

Shylah Constantine has over 12 years of healthcare experience and serves as the Clinic Manager for OPM’s North location. She oversees daily operations, supports staff, and ensures patients receive seamless, high-quality care.

Having worked in every clinic role across OPM locations, Shylah brings unmatched organization, efficiency, and attention to detail to the team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, cheering on the OU Sooners and the Thunder, and traveling to North Carolina to visit family.

Madison Miller is a certified Physician Assistant who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. She values shared decision-making and strives to create a comfortable environment where patients feel heard and supported.

Madison earned her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and completed both a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology and a Master of Health Sciences in Physician Associate Studies at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

She began her career in emergency medicine before joining Oklahoma Pain Management, where she enjoys building long-term relationships and seeing patients improve. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband Michael and their goldendoodle, Louie.

Rachel Mock is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Clinical Nurse Specialist specializing in adult-gerontology acute care. She is passionate about providing evidence-based, minimally invasive pain management solutions that restore function and improve quality of life.

Rachel earned her BSN from the University of Central Oklahoma and her DNP from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She is certified as an Acute Care Clinical Nurse Specialist and Critical Care Registered Nurse.

Her background includes ICU and post-operative care at Integris Health and Oklahoma Spine Hospital, as well as inpatient palliative care at OU Health before joining Oklahoma Pain Management’s interventional team.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with her husband and child — especially cheering on the OKC Thunder.

Rebecca O’Donnell is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience in pain management and more than 16 years in healthcare. She takes a personalized, holistic approach to helping patients manage pain and improve their quality of life.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Her clinical focus includes total body pain management and joint injections, with a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. She was the first provider on her floor at Integris to receive the Guardian Angel Award for excellence in patient care.

Outside of the clinic, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her two boys, working out, reading, and cheering on OU and the Green Bay Packers.

Cassie Vogel is the Clinic Manager at OPM’s Yukon location and is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their visit. With experience as a Medical Assistant and a strong understanding of clinic operations, she brings both efficiency and compassion to the patient experience.

Cassie is known for her warm personality, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a positive environment for both patients and staff. Outside of work, she enjoys connecting with people, sharing laughs, and discovering new favorite coffee spots.

Lauren Wheeler leads Oklahoma Pain Management’s business development and marketing efforts, building strong referral partnerships and meaningful relationships throughout the healthcare community. With over a decade of experience in medical aesthetics and patient education, she helps ensure referring providers feel supported and connected to OPM’s care team.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Oklahoma State University and is a Licensed Medical Esthetician and Licensed Medical Micropigmentologist. Outside of work, she is a proud boy mom, fitness lover, and someone who believes in showing up with authenticity in everything she does.
